Built in 1991, The Regency is one long block of attached townhouses in groupings, and can be reached by Route 25A and St. Johnland Road in Smithtown.  This North Shore community has townhouses with 2 floor plans called The Avondale and The Buckingham.  Each unit in this pet friendly community has central air conditioning, a garage and basement. Located along Stone Gate Ct, these townhouses are within the Smithtown School District #1. 

The Regency does not have amenities, but it is close to major roadways, shopping and the Smithtown Bull Statue. Willow Ridge  is another townhouse community within the same area. Public records and the multiple listing service shows there were sales at the Regency in Smithtown Long Island in 2009 from $470,000 to $500,000. Call for current pricing!
