Built in 2005, The Park can be reached by the Long Island Expressway Exit 63N.  The Park at Mount Sinai has 24 hour security at the gatehouse entry.  This active senior retirement community consists of all ranch style detached residences with 2 or 3 bedrooms and most of the units have a 2 car attached garage.  Some units have a floor plan with a loft, and the master bedroom is on the main level while some have an attached sunroom or den.   It is managed by a homeowner’s association and affords you a leisure lifestyle with the lawns maintained, snow removed and activities for your enjoyment.  The Park offers the clubhouse, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts and putting green.  The Park is connected to The Villages which is a single family home community with separate facilities, but uses the same guard gated entry.   Public records for 2009 shows that there were sales in The Park at Mt Sinai Long Island between $475,500 to $520,000.
