Built in 2000, Springhorn is a small community surrounded by Oyster Cove Lane which is South of Montauk Highway in Suffolk County on Long Island’s South Shore.  Springhorn consists of 3 designs including the Admiral and Bayberry which are ranch style floor-plans, and Crescent which is a townhouse with bedrooms on the upper level.  There are 1 and 2 bedroom condos at Springhorn and attached garages. This pet friendly community has a clubhouse and outdoor pool, and exterior maintenance is included in the common charges.  Central air conditioning and gas heat are in all the units.  According to public records for 2008, condos at Springhorn had sales between $327,000 to $380,000.  Call for current pricing!
