Harbour Point in Northport Long Island is a bay-front community in Suffolk County on Long Island’s North Shore.

Located by Route 25 and Ocean Avenue in the Village of Northport, Harbour Point is a homeowner’s association community that are attached units with garages and basements.  For your enjoyment there is a clubhouse, heated pool, tennis, and marina at Harbour Point.  Built in 1987, this established community is near quaint Northport Village, and when available there are deeded docks and boat slips.  Surrounded by Harbour Point are streets with names Lord Joes Landing, Lady Janes Way, Harbour Point Drive, Malcolms Landing, and Club House Circle.  According to public records for the year 2008,  Harbour Point had sales between  $775,000 to $1,800,000.
