Stonington is a condo community located in Port Jefferson Station Long Island in Suffolk County.

Building started in 1999 at Stonington and included either lower or upper unit ranch floor plans and also 2 story townhouse designs, with some units with basements and some with garages.   Stonington is situated North of Route 347 (Nesconset Highway) on Old Town Road and then a right into the community. This is not a gated community and there are only 2 street names at Stonington which are Commodore Circle and Captains Way. The students who live in this community attend the Comsewogue School District #3. The condos are attached in groupings in this pet friendly neighborhood, and there are lovely ponds with fountains.  The amenities include a heated pool, clubhouse, tennis, and exercise room.  When checking public records, it shows that in 2008 condos at Stonington sold between $295,000 for a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit to $408,000 for a 2 bedroom 2.55 bath condo.
