There are floor plans that are ranch style, and also duplex townhouse designs, and some with basements, and also some with garages.  The amenities include clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym, bocci, putting green, and play area. According to public records and the multiple listing service for the year 2008, residences at The Ranches sold between $250,000 for a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit to $453,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath residence.

Sagamore Hills is a condominium community located in Port Jefferson Station New York. It can be easily reached by taking the Long Island Expressway to Exit 63N and following Route 112 to the Sagamore Hills Entrance.

Built in the 1970’s, Sagamore Hills is a pet friendly neighborhood which offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis, basketball, and play area. Students living in this Suffolk County community attend the Comsewogue School District #3.  There are both townhouse designs with the bedrooms on the upper level, and also ranch style floor plans. When available, there are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. As you drive through Sagamore Hills there is a directional sign which points to Glen Hollow Drive, Birchwood Drive, Cambridge Drive, and Sagamore Hills Drive.  There are no garages here, but there is ample parking for homeowners and guests. According to public records for the year 2008, condos at Sagamore Hills sold between $218,000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit to $260,000 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath residence.

The condos are attached in groupings in this pet friendly neighborhood, and there are lovely ponds with fountains.  The amenities include a heated pool, clubhouse, tennis, and exercise room.  When checking public records, it shows that in 2008 condos at Stonington sold betweeen $295,000 for a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit to $408,000 for a 2 bedroom 2.55 bath condo.
