Built in 2000, Springhorn is a small community surrounded by Oyster Cove Lane which is South of Montauk Highway in Suffolk County on Long Island’s South Shore.  Springhorn consists of 3 designs including the Admiral and Bayberry which are ranch style floorplans, and Crescent which is a townhouse with bedrooms on the upper level.  There are 1 and 2 bedroom condos at Springhorn and attached garages. This pet friendly community has a clubhouse and outdoor pool, and exterior maintenance is included in the common charges.  Central air conditioning and gas heat are in all the units.  According to public records for 2008, condos at Springhorn had sales between $327,000 to $380,000.

The Knolls was built in the early 80’s near Route 347 to Nicolls Road and then to Oxhead.  All were built as ranch style designs for easy access around the units.  These are all attached in group sections for a total of  190 units.  Mostly these are 2 bedroom ranches, but there are also about a dozen 1 bedroom units too.
