According to these stats, during the previous year of  December 2010, Condos sold in Suffolk County had an average listing and selling price for  more money,  they were on the market for 5 days more and there were 33 more sales.  Keep in mind, that the style of the condos, the type of unit, the location, the amenities, and the updates may not be equal or the same. In any event, December Condo sales do seem to have been better in 2010 than 2011, but we’ll take a look again next month to see the comparisons as we start the new year.
